The Mateer-Burt Neotron 3020 Filling System is a versatile, high-speed filling machine, designed for powders, liquids, creams, and pastes in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and nutraceuticals.
Currently set up for filling 2-ounce and 4-ounce liquid containers, this system is rated for up to 90 containers per minute, depending on container size and product viscosity. It features a 144" long x 3-1/2" wide tabletop chain conveyor with guide rails and a variable speed drive, ensuring precise container movement throughout the filling process.
The bottom-up fill design minimizes product splash and aeration, while the auxiliary agitation system ensures consistent product flow. Additionally, the FMC Syntron vibratory product settler helps remove air pockets and improve fill accuracy.
The liquid filling component includes four (4) nozzles, each 3/8” in diameter with a 1-1/2” centerline, allowing for efficient multi-container filling in a single cycle.
