The Used Federal Model GWS185L Filler and Snap Cap Capper is a robust rotary filling system designed for high-speed 1-gallon water bottling lines. It features 18 stainless steel 1ā diameter filling valves spaced on 6.75ā centers and a 5-head snap cap capper designed for 38mm neck-finish containers. The unit operates in a right-to-left, counter-clockwise rotation and includes a manual height-adjustment system for both the filler and capper. Integrated with a backup photo-eye sensor for container detection and a PanelView operator interface powered by Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1200 PLC, this machine is ideal for efficient and consistent water or similar liquid product filling.
