This Used Elmar 36-Station Liquid Filler paired with a Fowler/Zalkin 16-Head Pick-and-Place Capping Turret is a fully integrated high-speed monoblock solution for liquid packaging in PET bottles. The filler features super-extended 3-3/4" diameter cylinders, dome-style stainless-steel pistons with PTFE wear rings, motorized volume adjustment, and tool-less quick-change parts. The Zalkin capping turret includes 16 BH-3 magnetic torque heads for 63 mm screw-on caps, with full quick-change capabilities and a steam-assisted cap chute system for enhanced application.
This system includes starwheel sets, a powered adjustable container rail, lubrication system, cap chute with steam manifold, and integrated PLC control—designed for flexible, high-volume production requiring fast changeovers.
