This Used Acasi Model TruCap-6-WFall Waterfall Style Bulk Cap Feed Elevator Sorter is a stainless steel constructed, waterfall-style sorting system designed to elevate and orient caps for automatic capping machines.
It features a staged 16" wide belt with 4" centers, capable of handling caps up to 100mm in diameter. The stainless hopper measures 32" x 28" x 24" deep, and the unit includes Lexan and stainless steel guarding. Powered by a 90 Volt DC drive motor, this 2014-built machine is skid-mounted and ready for integration.
