NEW SHIMADA-KITAKO HS4200 Series

Shimada’s Kitako HS4200 Series consists of 4-spindle, 2-turret (2NC) CNC horizontal lathes, offered in five distinct models. Built for high-output production, the machines utilize a spindle indexing drum that rotates 180°, allowing two spindles to machine while the other two are loaded/unloaded results in achieving a near-zero idle time. The dual-turret configuration enables simultaneous or balanced machining on both ends of the workpiece. The HS4200 series is automation-ready, with options for directly mounted robots or gantry-style loaders, maximizing throughput while maintaining a compact footprint.

HS4200i: Basic model with standard high-speed gantry loader
HS4200iM: Basic model with standard high-speed gantry loader and live tooling
HS4200n: Basic model with robot-ready mount
