Brief Scope of Work:
Rebuild Main table drive motor and install new DC Variable speed Drive.
Check and repair or replace as needed all table, transmission and way lubrication systems.
Check repair or rebuild as needed X and Z axis ball screws and drive systems.

Install all new Electrical system and wiring.
New Fanuc CNC control with 100% manual machine operation panel whereby the Fanuc digital feedback is used as DRO system and the machine can function 100% manually via conventional table start/stop, axis movement via joystick control with feed rate override and rapid traverse functions.  The Fanuc control provides an incredibly robust and proven back end as well as the capability to run the machine fully CNC in the future.
