NEW EMAG LP 40

The LP 40 and LP 150 gantry loaders from EMAG are high-performance, low-maintenance automation systems for chucked components and shafts weighing up to 75 kg. A range of accessories and extensions are available for the two gantry loaders, ranging from pneumatic or electric grippers to a second carriage, which can then be operated in tandem or completely independently. In this way, cycle times in the material flow can be optimized. The gantry itself moves in the Y-axis via a rack and pinion system, which not only guarantees high positioning and repeat accuracy, but is also very robust.
