Robust and precision engineered welding floor turntables that are designed and manufactured for the overlay cladding of components used in the oil industry. Back-to-back gearboxes provide minimum table backlash, while the vector drive by means of encoder feedback will give speed holding of base speed ±0.1%.
Mounted on the underside of the table is slip ring assembly, which contain heavy-duty rings for pre-heat return, and smaller rings for thermal measurement of pre-heat temperature.
