with integral domestic water heating system, 500,000 Btu input, 460,000 btu output, with up to 98% efficiency.
The boiler will be equipped with integral burner and burner control system, is completely pre-assembled,
piped, wired, factory fire tested, bears the AGA certification, and will be equipped in accordance with
factory specifications, including these special features:

• Modulating Power burner with 5:1 turndown
• Patterson Kelley NURO Micro processor based integrated burner management package with color touch screen
• Five (5) year heat exchanger and burner materials and workmanship warranty
• Stand alone system, works with existing storage tank.
• On-board PK Duration double wall domestic hot water heat exchanger system
• Integral boiler pump
• Integral boiler side expansion tank and air elimination
• 80 PSIG design pressure, 30 psi relief valve
• Redundant shut-off valves, Low gas pressure switch
• Integral gas pressure regulator (7" W.C. min. - 14" W.C. max.)
