Wire Cut Flushing Type EDM
Kent USA Flushing Type Wire EDMs can cut plates as thick as 300 mm and are ideal for creating punches, tools and dies from exotic hard metals that are difficult to machine with conventional methods. They can machine complex geometric forms with tooling wear and absolute consistency since there is no contact between the cutting wire and the workpiece surface. Parts formed through the Wire EDM process can be used immediately in assembly, with little or no additional finishing. Kent USA Flushing Type Wire EDMs can machine workpiece sizes of 22″ x 18.5″ x 4.5″ to 54″ x 29.9″ x 11.6″, workpiece weight of up to 2866 lbs, and water tank capacity of up to 95 gallons.
