The PLASDEX is our high-precision CO2 laser solution for cutting and engraving plastics, rubber, fabric, and wood. Featuring a work area of 42 square inches and an enclosure with a viewing window, the PLASDEX offers unparalleled speed and quality during the production of various components.

With an industrial-grade build, the PLASDEX requires no maintenance, needs only power to operate, and is designed to withstand vibration, shock, and dust, ensuring long-term reliability. The system is equipped with an exhaust vent to capture vapors through a series of HEPA filters located in an external fume extractor. The PLASDEX is equipped with a PC-based controller that utilizes our proprietary software and can have a rotary indexer integrated for circumferential applications.
