The Flange Cladding System can integrate to any welding equipment manufacturer, all you need is to trigger the welding equipment and clamp the MIG/MAG welding torch. It has the built-in ‘step’ function for programmable start/stop points and multi-layer/multi-pass stepping facility as well as weld speed stabilizer when the diameter changes during face welds. The control system of the PPC can be integrated into various Key Plant positioning & rotating equipment, and is also supplied with weld start/stop functionality. All positioning functions including welding head manipulator, oscillator, welding positioner & turning rolls are managed via a single control. All welding functions are controlled via a remote interface. Integrate multiple accessories: (Seam tracking, oscillation, AVC and more).
