You Ji YV Series – Vertical Turret/ATC Turning Centers & Lathes

The You Ji YV Series of vertical turning centers is engineered for efficient machining of small to medium-sized parts and is available in twin-spindle (left/right) configurations for increased productivity. Like all You Ji machines, this series features heavy-duty Meehanite cast iron construction, with a choice of either roller-type linear ways or box ways, along with large-diameter pre-tensioned ballscrews for enhanced rigidity and precision.

To suit a wide range of applications, the series offers four versatile tooling options: a conventional drum-type turret, hex turret, an automatic tool changer (ATC) for maximum flexibility, and cost-effective gang-type tooling. Standard features include hydraulic 3-jaw chuck packages and chip conveyors for smooth operation and efficient chip handling. A full range of productivity-enhancing options is also available, such as a full-contouring C-axis with live milling (on models equipped with drum turrets or ATCs), programmable high/low chuck pressure, high-pressure coolant systems, tailstocks, automatic tool setters, and part probes.
