DINOSTAR is a vertical gantry milling machine, suitable for large parts machining. The optimization of the structures, obtained through the most advanced FEM analysis tools and the use of the latest generation transmission systems combine the needs of high productivity with those of flexibility and precision. The automatic change of the heads is possible guaranteeing, without compromise, the maximum flexibility of use and the best performances in both roughing and finishing. According to the FPT philosophy, the control of thermal drift is managed both through the thermo-stabilization of the internal heat sources, and according to a thermo-symmetrical model, allowing to follow the temperature variations of the piece in a synchronous way.
