The challenge with sheet metal coils is the curve of the roll when its unfolded. With Mac-Tech’s cut to length line machines, straightening is made simple, and quickly produces a flat piece of sheet metal every time. This process ensures that your sheets are straight especially in applications such as guillotine cutting, stamping, or bending. As expert cut to length line manufacturers, we ensure that the coil processor consists of a set of rolls that are adjustable complete with positioning indicators. Vertically adjusting the rolls will remove any tension resulting in a flat sheet of metal. Optionally, different straighteners are available to best fit your application.
