NEW GEKA ALFA 500 CNC LINE FOR PROCESSING FLAT BARS
The Geka Alfa 500 is a CNC line in the Alfa Series of CNC solutions for processing flat bars. It consists of a CNC line that performs automated punching, marking, and shearing operations of flat bars of up to 40″ in length.
The Alfa 500 features a triple head punching unit for flat bars of diameters as large as 1 ¼”, a shearing station that can handle oversized material up to 20″ in width and 3/4″ in thickness.
Additional peripherals are also available from Geka for the Alfa 500 depending on your marking, shearing, or punching flat bar requirements, including an optional marking unit.

Main features of the Alfa 500 CNC line
INPUT CONVEYOR UNIT
Rack & Pinion with a Servo-driven Carriage. The flat bars are pushed and clamped by the carriage.
PUNCHING UNIT
Capability to accommodate three different, independently selectable, punches. Hydraulic-hold down device. Servo motor and spindle-driven horizontal positioning along Y-Axis.
SHEARING UNIT
Capability to accommodate three different, independently selectable, punches. Hydraulic-hold down device. Servo motor and spindle-driven horizontal positioning along Y-Axis.
USER-INTERFACE
PC on Windows platform. Network Connectivity. USB ports. Graphic interfaces. Remote Assistance via internet.
