1 Used Alfa Laval 6x3 - 3 Square Feet Stainless Steel Vertical Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger, Model Contherm. From the OEM: “Contherm® is a single-wall scraped-surface heat exchanger (SSHE) designed for continuous and semi-continuous processing of an extremely broad range of viscosities. Its unique design offers impressive flexibility in heating and cooling operations for numerous products, with or without particles”. Media Chamber MAWP: 250psi @ 600°F. MDMT: -30°F @100psi. Product Chamber MAWP: 300psi @ 600°F. Can handle viscous, heat sensitive, products with particulates and crystallizing products, including peanut butter, caramel, liquid eggs, soups, yogurt with fruit pieces, and margarine.  . Comes mounted to a stand on castors.
