USED 2011 NATOLI NP-500

Natoli 45 Station Double Sided “D” Tooled Rotary Tablet Press, Model NP-500.  Machine was manufactured in 2011, is similar to and can accept the same tooling as a Stokes 328 Rotary Tablet Press. This is a heavy duty, double sided rotary tablet press equipped with force feed, low level hopper sensors, hardened steel die, auto tablet rejection, integrated touchscreen PLC controls, auto lubricated punch guides, auto tablet weight controls. Tablet Specifications: Maximum round tablet diameter: 7/8” (22.23mm). Maximum shaped major axis: 15/16” (23.81mm). Filling cams depth of fill range: Shallow: .0625 to .6875” (1.6 to 17.5mm). Standard: .21875 to .875” (5.5 to 22mm). Deep: .625 to 1.375” (16 to 35mm). Tablets per minute: 900 to 5,500 (54,000 to 330,000/hour). 

Machine features extended compression dwell time, 69% more than standard “D” fill, reducing the need for pre-compression and allowing increased tablet size and weight. Equipped with automatic weight control for precise, consistent and accurate tablets. Press Specifications: Die diameter: 1-5/16” (33.24mm). Maximum die depth: 1-1/2” (38.1mm). Punch barrel diameter: 1-1/8” (28.58mm). Hopper capacity: 1,700” ³. (27,858cm³).    Machine is constructed in stainless steel and comes with 4 sided Plexiglas doors. Equipped with full monitoring, emergency safety switches, emergency stop controls. Comes with a 15 HP, 3/60/460-volt drive, (VFD), 42-1/2 amps. Machine requires 90 psi air, 8.5 cmm vacuum at 76mm of H20. Note: Can also operate this press as a single sided machine with pre-compression. Dimensions: 68” x 53” x 82” High. Weight: 7,500 pounds.
