Unit is USED and in VERY GOOD CONDITION. Previously used in a small scale vegetable processing/production facility. Cutting dies are easily removed to be clean and changed to different knife configurations. No issues noted with the slicer when it was powered and run. What you see in the pictures is what is included in sale. Unit is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, AS-SHOWN. Pictures and video are of the actual unit being purchased.
