3M-Matic™ Adjustable Case Sealer 700a-s is as a used case sealer, designed to seal the top and bottom centre seams of up to 30 cartons per minute.
Working Description:
Fully guarded construction-suitable for demanding Pharmaceutical and Food grade manufacturing areas
Stainless steel construction for use in corrosive and high moisture environments
Equipped with 3M™ AccuGlide™ SST Taping Heads designed to apply a “C” clip of Scotch® pressure-sensitive type film box sealing tape to the top and bottom centre seam of regular slotted containers.
Adjustable top and bottom belt drive system for reliable conveyance of heavier or tall/light boxes.
Compression rollers squeeze flaps together to create a tight centre seam
Gearmotors provide power to the 4 drive belts, and adjustable side guides position and align your boxes for quick and easy throughput.

Power Requirements - Electrical – 120 VAC, 60 Hz, 3.25 A Pneumatic – 6.5 bar gauge pressure [95 PSIG], 2.5 SCFM 75 litre /minute @ 21° C., 1.01 bar maximum at maximum cycle rate. A pressure regulator/fi litre is included.
