Working Description

Fully reconditioned Giusti 500 litre stainless steel anchor paddle mixer and built into jacketed hemispherical vessel with powerful 2-speed bottom mounted high shear mixer.

The unit has seen a very little use, and it is in overall excellent condition.

It is a fully stainless-steel mixer and comes with newly fitted, high efficiency top mounted mixer drive and the anchor paddle features PTFE scrapers for preventing the build-up of a stagnant boundary layer and to keep the heating surfaces free.

Additional wave breakers are factory installed in the vessel for a “contra-rotating” effect and to improve and to intensify mixing of the product.

It can handle highly viscous liquids such as ointments, syrups, gels, creams and lotions, honey, glue / adhesives and others.

Allowing for uniform consistency, maintaining sensitive formulations, precise, sanitary blending and preventing stratification, this Giusti jacketed mixer is suitable for following industries:

Mechanical Recondition

· Refurbished 2 - speed main motor / bottom fitted high shear mixer – complete strip and clean, check windings, replace bearings, respray, reassemble and test

· New gearbox – SITI Bevel Helicoil Gearbox 40.77:1 Model MBH63

· New motor for gear box – Amtec H80B/4B35 .75kw

Electrical Recondition

· New electrical panel, including invertors for top (Schneider Altivar ATV320) and bottom (Schneider Altivar ATV320 1.5kw) motors

· New wiring
