USED 2001 Spomasz Bełżyce MP08000000-1

Used stainless steel horizontal cooker / paddle mixer manufactured by Spomasz Bełżyce (Poland) type MP08000000-1 made of stainless steel with a total capacity of 800 liters. Mixing chamber with internal dimensions of 920 mm diameter and 1360 mm length, has a heating jacket designed for operation at pressures up to 4 bars and temperatures up to 90°C. Thermal insulation is externally clad with stainless steel. Inside the mixer is a horizontal shaft with 6 welded paddles, driven by a gearbox with a gear ratio of i=30,5 and an electric motor. The unit also has a high-speed agitator mounted on the side wall, directly driven by 3 kW, 960 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz electric motor. Chamber has 3 connections and 2 nozzles at the top, and a 50 mm diameter outlet is located centrally at the bottom. All are mounted on 4 stainless steel legs.
