USED DRAISWERKE TR-100

Used horizontal vacuum paddle dryer by Drais (DE) model TR100. Contact parts designed in duplex stainless steel (AISI 1.4462). Drying chamber has internal dimensions: diameter 500 mm x length 595 mm. Total volume of chamber about 117 l. Drying chamber is designed for work on pressure range from -0,98 bar / 63 bar. Test pressure - 83,9 bar. Working temperature up to 220 C. Side walls and front door are jacketed. Total volume of jacket 24 l, working pressure 5 bar, temperature up to 220 C. Chamber doors are mounted on moveable arm and are bolted on 18 clamps. Inside drying chamber there is single shaft with 4 welded ploughs. Shaft is belt driven by gearbox and el motor 18,5 kW, 1470 rpm, 400 V, 50 Hz in Ex design (EExdeIICT4). Top feeding inlet with diameter 200 mm, central bottom discharge with manually operated valve with diameter 100 mm. Machine is mounted on carbon steel supporting construction.
