4 kW Vertical Agitator / Dissolve With Mixing Pan Stainless Steel Contact Parts

Used vertical agitator / dissolver with contact parts designed in stainless steel. Machine is equipped with a toothed disk agitator with a diameter of 180 mm with a working length of shaft 900 mm. The mixer is driven by a gearbox with speed reduction i=3 and an electric motor with a power of 4 kW, 1450 rpm, 400 V, 50 Hz / 4,6 kW, 1710 rpm, 460 V, 60 Hz. Working rotation range from 0 to 570 rpm via frequency converter. Unit has an integrated electrical control panel. The mixer is mounted on carbon steel column with a total height of 2250 mm. Equipment includes a stainless steel mixing pan with a total capacity of 175 liters. The tank is mounted on 4 legs and has internal dimensions of 620 mm in diameter and 570 mm in depth. It has a central bottom outlet with diameter of 2" equipped with a ball valve.
