4-piston stainless steel filling system designed for semi-automatic filling of liquids, sauces, viscous products, and specialty food items. Unit includes four stainless steel cylinders with poly sleeves, pneumatic actuation, and adjustable stroke controls. Equipped with 2" stainless steel nozzles (closed-tip style) with ½" diameter outlets. System features top-mounted product feed lines, piston metering assemblies, and synchronized valve operation. Electrical panel includes PLC, relays, controls, and wiring for coordinated piston operation. Conveyor indexing belt is present but requires a new belt (current belt broken). Capable of filling small jars efficiently and larger containers, including gallons, at slower rates. Previously used for vinaigrette (12.5 oz) and pesto sauce (5.5 oz) per original 1997 documentation.
