This Used O'Hara 60" Fast Coat Automatic Tablet Coating System (Model FC60XC) is a high-capacity, GMP-compliant coating solution designed for pharmaceutical tablet and pellet coating applications.
With a 60-inch coating pan and a batch capacity of up to 360 kg at 0.8 kg/L density, this system excels in uniform coating, high-volume production, and efficient thermal management. It includes a spray arm with coating guns, spray pump, and fully integrated electric and pneumatic control panels housed in the utility area.
The system also features a steam-heated air handling unit (AHU) located on the mezzanine, a 50 HP process blower, tray drying scrubber, and additional supporting components.
