How to size a positioner
This Aronson 10000 lb Positioner is engineered to provide rugged performance, yet it can be easily transported throughout your facility. First of all, it features constant speed power tilt and variable speed rotation. In addition, this unit is equipped with double tilt gears which stabilize the load and prevent chassis warpage. Also, it features a 90,000 psi aluminum-bronze worm gear drive that is self locking to prevent accidental load start up. In conclusion, the Aronson Model HD-100 Positioner has exceptional performance and safety.
Add a self-centering chuck for part gripping capabilities. We have many sizes and styles of chucks to choose from. Another option that we have in stock are pipe stands. Pipe stands are available to help support the part being rotated.
