EKRA Drucker X3
Automatic Screen & Stencil Printer

This system is part of an entire assembly line that can be purchased in its entirety

It has a modified hood so that large stencils can also be used.

This is the retrofitted stencil cleaning system (stencil underside cleaning). Installed in the machine

The X3 automatic screen and stencil printer is
specially designed for the flexible production demands
of today’s market. The X3 can be used for
the application of solder paste and / or glue onto
PCBs, ceramics or glass substrates up to a size
of max. 460 x 460 mm (18 x 18 inches).
The standard EKRA screen and stencil holder
has a flexible design which allows it to be used
with all common stencils / screens up to 740 mm
(29 inches) without use of an additional adapter.
Quick clamp adapter systems of various manufacturers
can easily be integrated.
The patented optical positioning system EVA™
(EKRA Vision Alignment System) features 2 highresolution
cameras with “Look-up + Look-down”
technology for reliable recognition of low contrast
fiducials and surfaces.
Due to the closed-loop regulation of the dual
squeegee print head, the squeegee pressure
stays constantly throughout the complete
printing process and is independent of the PCB
characteristics and the print parameters.
The optional automatic 2D Post Print Inspection
verifies the position and quality of the glue or solder
depots. The programmable, automatic stencil
cleaning system ensures quick and efficient
cleaning of the bottomside of the stencil whenever
necessary.
The entire line consists of the following components:

- EKRA Drucker X3

- 2 Mimot Advantage machines (year 2006 and year 2008). In the 2008 the drive is a little more modern, otherwise the machines are identical. Incl. feeder etc.

- SMT soldering oven 1.7

- Mimot Easylift, Easytrans and Easystore
