740x740mm tray handling system (trays and peel-boards) . Speed 7 trays/minute
proofing cell approx. 90 min with 8 trays (2 floors of 4) with loading and unloading on the floor
Baking system with pusher for trays and with pick-up pen for product from peel boards (baking directly on the oven net)
60 sqm baking oven with MCD thermal cycle under Werner licence with 1 burner, length 22 metres, width 3 metres, mesh with drum drive
Baking system with tray turner + needle depanner with pneumatic control + direct discharge system from oven for peel board product loading and unloading system with magazine for plastic peel board
