This Used Walker Model SP 316L Stainless Steel Reactor is a versatile, sanitary-grade reaction vessel designed for chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and biotech processing.
Featuring 800L (211 gallon) capacity, the vessel is internally rated for 50 psig & full vacuum at 275°F, with a jacket also rated 50 psig MAWP at 275°F. Built from high-purity 316L stainless steel, it includes dish top and bottom heads, multiple sanitary tri-clamp ports, a 16" top manway, and integrated spray ball for CIP cleaning.
The reactor is equipped with an off-center, top-entering Lightnin agitator (0.75 HP, 1725 RPM), ideal for mixing, blending, suspension, or heating/cooling operations. Mounted on three stainless steel legs, this vessel is durable, compact, and production-ready.
