Roll forming line for making panels:
- for thermal insulation of industrial buildings
- for sectional doors (current configuration)
- for residential roof insulation
Equipment consists of:
1 - Decoiler 10 tons 1350 mm
2 - Straightener 1350 mm + embossing roll
3 - Roller conveyor 15 meters
4 - CBM rollforming line with variable width:
> min/max width: 300 > 1300 mm
> min/max thickness: 0.5 > 1 mm
> first section: 15 roll stands
> second section: 20 roll stands
Current configuration (for sectional doors) consists of 4 different tooling rollsets (which don't require dismantling)
4 different panels can be made (for two thicknesses; 50 & 42 mm):
- 1 > panel with grooves, with embossed texture
- 2 > panel without grooves, with embossed texture
- 3 > panel with grooves, without embossed texture
- 4 > panel without grooves, without embossed texture
