The TONGTAI TCS-2000II is a high-performance CNC turning center designed for precision, speed, and productivity. With a maximum turning diameter of 300 mm (11.81") and a turning length of 352 mm (13.85"), this compact yet powerful lathe delivers reliable machining for small to medium-sized components. Built with finite element analysis (FEA) structural design, the TCS-2000II offers excellent rigidity and vibration resistance, ensuring stable, accurate results even under heavy cutting conditions.

Equipped with a FANUC 0i-TF Plus control system with a 15" LCD, the machine provides user-friendly operation, high-speed processing, and precise motion control. The 4,500 RPM spindle, A2-6 spindle nose, and 15/11 kW motor deliver the power needed for demanding cutting applications, while the servo-driven 12-station turret ensures fast and accurate tool indexing. The standard 8" hydraulic chuck with a 51 mm bar capacity enhances versatility for various machining needs.
