The Used Aesus Delta Cap-4 Inline Spindle Capper is a high-speed automatic capping solution designed for inline packaging operations. With the capability to reach speeds of up to 120 bottles per minute (bpm), it’s engineered to cap a wide range of bottle types and sizes. This machine features four pairs of easy-adjust cap tightening stations, dual-sided gripping belts, and a 4.5" wide conveyor for smooth and accurate operation.
Equipped with a cap sorting elevator, indexing wheel, and Omron Sysmac CJ1M CPU11 PLC with HMI interface, this unit provides smart automation and precise control. It’s currently configured for 35.75mm caps but can accommodate cap sizes from 13mm to 93mm. A motorized, height-adjustable stand allows compatibility with containers ranging from 2" to 14" in height.
