NEW Asahi 50LM 380NT
Overview
Description
Asahi Glass Co. (now AGC Inc.) manufactures Fluon® LM-ETFE as a type of fluoropolymer film that combines the excellent heat and chemical resistance of traditional ETFE with a lower melting point. This allows for improved processability, especially for applications like multi-layer tubing systems. Fluon® ETFE Film also offers properties like non-adhesiveness, optical transparency, and flexibility, making it suitable for various uses in electronics, aviation, and architecture. Key features of LM-ETFE (Low Melting Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) Lower melting point: The melting point is reduced by 30-40°C30 minus 40 raised to the composed with power cap C30-40°?? compared to conventional ETFE, which results in a wider processing window.Improved processability: The lower melting point makes it easier to process, particularly for applications like co-extrusion of multi-layer tubing systems.Maintained ETFE properties: It retains the excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and optical transparency of standard ETFE.Adhesive variants: Some versions, such as the AH series, are specifically designed to adhere to other materials without needing an adhesive or surface treatment, simplifying manufacturing processes. Electronics: Release films for semiconductor molding, encapsulation materials for wires and cables.Return Policy Anacapa Equipment Brokers, Inc. (Seller) is committed to excellent customer service.
