Overview
Introducing the new EXPAND MACHINERY GEN TURN 78 MSY 6-Axis CNC w/ 16 Tool Turret, Mill/Turn Center. This 2023 model is perfect for complex 5-Axis or More CNC Lathe tasks with its 6-axis capability, 12.2" turning diameter maximum & standard, 3.07" spindle bar capacity, and 10" chuck size. It boasts a 30-hp power with a maximum spindle speed of 4,000 RPM. The Mill/Turn Center does not include a tailstock. Capacity details include a center distance of 41.7”, turning length of 24.8”, and much more. Equipped with a 16-station servo driven live tool turret, C" axis on both spindles and a B" axis for sub-spindle travel. This machine also includes parts catcher pick-off arm, coolant pump, 2-chip flushing pumps, programmable air blast and a steel-belt high-discharge chip conveyor among other features. Powered by a MITSUBISHI M80 HIGH-PERFORMANCE CNC CONTROL. This brand-new machine promises high-end efficiency and precision in its performance.
