2011 Model Year, Some Biesse service reprogramming is needed to put back into service. Owner replaced with new sander.

The encoder/relay doesn’t track the parts

The seller purchased new parts and installed them but then decided to buy a new sander instead. Reprogramming of the new tracking retrofit kit is needed by a Biesse service tech.
