Shop order 05580. Extruder has 30:1 L/D ratio with a six (6) zone electrically heated, air cooled, and vented
barrel at a 42″ center-line. Gearbox has a reduction ratio of 17.39:1 and is rated at 158 HP at a service of 1.25.
Gearbox is belt driven by a 150 HP GE D/C motor with SCR control. Eleven zone temperature control panel is
unitized on the same base as the extruder and motor. 4.5” x 7” feed throat entrance. C-Clamp on discharge.
Includes spare screw. Manufactured in 1991
