Engine Lathes

The Gurutzpe SUPER-B 700 is a robust European-built heavy duty centre lathe designed for machining large shafts, rollers, hydraulic cylinders and heavy engineering components.

This machine offers a 700mm swing over the bed, an impressive 940mm swing in the gap, and 4000mm between centres, making it suitable for a wide range of large turning applications.

The lathe is fitted with a 140mm spindle bore, 600mm diameter front and rear chucks, rapid traverse, taper turning attachment and steady rest, providing excellent versatility for both production and repair work.

Manufactured by the respected Spanish machine tool builder Gurutzpe, the SUPER-B series has earned a reputation for rigidity, reliability and accuracy in demanding industrial environments.

Ideal for heavy engineering, mining, oil & gas, defence, power generation and general machining workshops.
Certainly could do with a new paint job but it is being sols at about 20% of a new machine price.
