Indemnity & Legal Terms Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anacapa Equipment Brokers, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the purchase, ownership, or use of equipment. All disputes shall be governed by California law. Jurisdiction for any dispute will be in the State Courts of California.
