Buyer assumes all risk regarding the quality, performance, suitability, and safety of the equipment. Equipment should only be installed and operated by qualified personnel. Seller is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses (incidental or consequential) related to the use of purchased equipment. Buyer’s purchase confirms acknowledgment and agreement with these terms. Indemnity & Legal Terms Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anacapa Equipment Brokers, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the purchase, ownership, or use of equipment. All disputes shall be governed by California law. Jurisdiction for any dispute will be in the State Courts of California.
