I'm selling a gently used, like new Hioki RM3548 Portable High Precision Portable DC Resistance Meter. It was purchased from a research and development lab, and comes with the required cords, the unit, and some accessories (pictured).

The portable meter comes with a strap, which allows it to be worn over your neck to keep your hands free to apply the test probes. The meter measures resistance from 3 mΩ to 3 MΩ and boasts an open-terminal voltage of 5.5 VDC.
