Waterbury Farrel 4.5" × 18" Wide Heavy-Gauge Slitting Line
Complete coil-to-coil line — Littel payoff, Waterbury Farrel slitter, and ADS recoiler with pneumatic overarm separator

This complete heavy-gauge slitting line pairs a Waterbury Farrel slitter head with a Littel payoff and an ADS recoiler, giving you a fully integrated coil-to-coil setup that processes strip into multiple narrower mults in a single pass. The line saw low usage in service and was reconditioned with new electrical controls. A video showing the line in running condition is available — a good look at the payoff, slitter, and recoiler operating together.

The slitter is built on 4.500" diameter arbors with an 18.000" wide working face, giving you the shaft stiffness and arbor capacity needed for heavier gauges and harder materials where smaller-diameter slitters deflect. The Littel payoff handles controlled coil feed into the slitter, while the ADS recoiler — 5 HP, 16" OD drum, 15" wide — takes up the slit strands. The pneumatic overarm separator keeps the slit mults under control through tension takeup, helping maintain edge quality and clean, tight rewound coils.
