2008 model year. 63" x 80" hopper opening. 6.3 cubic yard hopper volume. 15" diameter rotor is powered by
a 275 HP (205 kw) Oswald AC Motor and turns at 120 RPM. There are 74 40mm cutters and 36 40mm nip cutters on this machine. ABB Drive Control and ABB PanelView Plus 1000 PLC Control. 10 HP hydraulic ram two speed feed system. Machine Weight is 15,950 lbs. 460/3/60 operation. Last operated shredding a carpet material. The rotor was hard-faced in July 2024 and is reported to be in good condition. A new OEM rotor shaft was installed in January 2025. The 275 HP AC Motor was rebuilt in November 2024.
The rebuilt motor, new shaft, and hard-faced rotor were reinstalled in January 2025
