Overview
The PBD line of Multi-spindle drill line machines are designed for high efficiency drilling and processing of materials.
The main features include:
• Sub-Axis spindle positioning a lows simultaneous driling on all faces even when holes are not aligned, as well as machining for slots
• Capable cardide marking and scribing
• Automatic tool changer with up to 4 tool positions for various tasks such as driling, miling, tapping, counter sinking, layout marking and center point marking
• Pincher with rack and pinion positioning and measuring to achieve the highest accuracy
• Operator control from a 15" touch monitor with industrial PC. The software uses industry standard DSTV(.NC1) files to run
• Integration possible with PBS line of saws
