INTEGREX i-500ST advanced Multi-Tasking Machine is the largest machine in the INTEGREX i series for efficient processing of medium to large complex parts. It combines the capabilities of a high-powered turning center and a full-function machining center to produce parts in single setups. This machine configuration features a high-output, high-torque main spindle, a second spindle (S), a compact milling spindle head and lower turret (T) for DONE IN ONE® machining that minimizes the need for fixtures, tools and part handling and reduces non-cut time.
Additionally, the machine shortens lead-times and improves part accuracy through the elimination of multiple setups. With full 5-axis capability, the machine easily processes fully prismatic parts from solid blocks or castings (chucked or bar fed work) as well as round and/or sculptured parts such as aerospace components.
