INTEGREX i-500S advanced Multi-Tasking Machine is the largest machine in the INTEGREX i series for efficient processing of medium to large complex parts. The machine is equipped with a high-output, high-torque main spindle, a second spindle (S) and a compact milling spindle head that combine the capabilities of a high-powered turning center and full-function machining center to produce parts in single setups for a variety of industries.
This machine configuration minimizes the need for fixtures, tools and handling to reduce non-cut time. Additionally, the machine shortens lead-times and improves part accuracy through the elimination of multiple setups. With full 5-axis capability, the machine easily processes fully prismatic parts from solid blocks or castings (chucked or bar fed) as well as round and/or highly contoured parts.
