Description
This used Carrier Fluid Bed Dryer, Model FTDAD/C2460S, is a continuous gas-fired drying system designed for uniform, energy-efficient drying and cooling of bulk materials. The system features a 24” wide fluid bed deck with a 5.5’ heated section and a 2’ cooling section, providing controlled thermal performance for powders, granules, and particulate solids.
Constructed with carbon steel wetted parts, the unit includes 316 strokes at 890 rpm, driven by a 460V electrical system. Carrier’s proven design ensures excellent fluidization, consistent product moisture control, and long-term mechanical reliability.
