Overview
Comprehensive replacement solution for obsolete CPTronics control systems used on Heidelberg M600 / Goss M600 platforms (M600A, M600B, M600C, M600D) and other compatible heatset presses including Goss Sunday Series, Goss M1000/M1000B/M1000BE, Goss M110, MAN Roland Rotoman, MAN Roland Lithoman, and Harris M1000B/M1000BE/M110.
This upgrade eliminates aging proprietary CPTronics electronics and replaces them with a modern, fully supported Siemens-based motion control architecture, improving reliability, reducing downtime, and lowering maintenance costs.
Designed to integrate seamlessly into existing cabinet lineups, the system replaces all CPTronics-related drives, PLC/HMI components, and I/O hardware with new, serviceable equivalents. This upgrade is also adaptable for non-M600 presses and offers a universal modernization path for legacy heatset and commercial web offset platforms.
