Ziersch cylindrical grinding machines feature efficient Z-control and fully automatic grinding and dress cycles. Operation is easy using the large touch screen and electronic handwheel in the X- and Y-axes. The heavy cast iron base provides maximum rigidity. Preloaded precision linear guideways in the X-axis (Bosch Rexroth) while hand-scraped horizontal slideways in the Z-axis provides vibration dampening, resulting in high accuracy, performance, and excellent surface patterns.
