NEW MILLUTENSIL BV 30E-RG

Millutensil, manufacturer of spotting presses, will be bringing their BV30E-RG model to Amerimold in 2016. For validating and handling molds up to 1500mm x 1000mm in size, this spotting press occupies a small footprint. Built with a rotational table, the BV30E-RG minimizes mold tryout time, especially for those who build/maintain two-shot molds. Ergonomics and safety are also crucial to Millutensil, as this press’ lower platen can tilt 75°; the upper platen can rotate and descend as well. For an aging workforce, comfort for mold-makers/maintenance becomes even more important.

Due to the complexity of present-day molds, a spotting press must be parallel. This BV30E-RG is equipped with optic scales, so mold builders can relax, knowing their molds are being accurately validated. But what about a molds’ inward components? With the Auxiliary Cylinder Control Unit and the Ejector Pin both featured on this press, the actuators/slides and ejection system can all be simulated during operation.

This press is equipped with many other unique features as well (Siemens Touch-Panel, Energy Accumulators, Remote Assistance Device, Wax Unit).
